Shipping

We charge for shipping and this charge will be calculated automatically based on product weight and distance it is being shipped. For orders with multiple products we will combine products into one shipment unless a product is not available for shipment when others are. All products will be shipped in a timely manner. No refunds on shipping costs unless the order is canceled before shipping.

Order Cancelation

Orders can be canceled only until they are shipped. Once shipped they cannot be canceled and will have to be returned if still not wanted.

Returns

No returns after 20 days upon delivery. No returns on custom products. No returns on incomplete kits or manipulated kits. No return on kits that have already been installed. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Taxes

Sales Tax will be calculated automatically and will be charged to California residents only. Out of state residents will be solely responsible for reporting taxes.

Safety

ALL PRODUCTS sold by Agan Fab Works, LLC are intended for “off-road” and “off highway” use ONLY and are NOT designed, manufactured or approved for use on any public road or highway. Due to the intended use in harsh environments which can cause extreme stress on the “off-road” products, these “off-road” products offered are sold without any warranties. It is ultimately the buyer’s responsibility to determine the suitability of the “off-road” products for its intended use, and the user shall assume all responsibility and risk in connection therewithin. All “off-road” products should be inspected, installed, and maintained by a trained professional. Agan Fab Works, LLC will not liable for any subsequent or consequential damages, expenses, losses or injures arising from or out of the use, misuse, or improper installation of any “off-road” product.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Payment Methods

We collect credit cards and payment methods through third parties. We do not have access to your credit card information.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

We do collect contact information but will not share it with anyone else nor sell it to solicitors. This information is used for the sole purpose of contacting our customers if needed as well as for our own record keeping purposes.

How long we retain your data
